Orka thinking about a question

Answers

How much does the card cost?

Opening is 1,990 ₽ once. There is no monthly or annual fee and no fee on declined payments. Top-ups use one public rate, shown on the site and in the app before you pay. See pricing.

What is the first payment?

At least 3,490 ₽: 1,990 ₽ for opening plus at least 1,500 ₽ for the card balance, paid in one SBP payment.

Which rate do you use?

One public rate: how many rubles $1 on the card costs. It is live on the site and fixed in your order before you pay. There is no separate top-up percentage on top; our fee is inside that rate.

Where does the card work?

It is a USD Visa card issued with a Singapore BIN, for foreign online services: subscriptions, AI tools, games, bookings. It does not work everywhere: some services check the account country, IP address or billing address and may decline. We are responsible for the card, not for access to third-party services.

What do I need to sign up?

An email, your passport and a selfie (checked by Didit, an identity verification service) and a Russian +7 mobile number. The card cannot be issued without the check.

What are the top-up limits?

1,500 to 50,000 ₽ per top-up, and at least $15 lands on the card. Up to 3 payments and 100,000 ₽ per day.

Is there a referral programme?

Yes. Bring a friend: they get 200 ₽ off opening, you get $2 on your card. Your invite link is in the app. Your friend has to sign up through it: their card then costs 1,790 ₽ instead of 1,990 ₽, and $2 lands on your card when they open their first card. If you have no card yet, the bonus waits and arrives with your first top-up. Rewards cover your first 50 friends; you cannot invite yourself.

How do I top up?

Enter an amount in rubles in the app, check the rate and the dollar amount, then pay via SBP by scanning the QR code or opening the link in your bank app. The dollars land on the card and the bot notifies you.

Where do I get the 3‑D Secure code?

The code is shown on the card screen in the Orca app and sent by @OrcaCardsBot. Never share it; Orca staff never ask for it.

Can I withdraw money back to rubles?

No. Money on the card can only be spent. Top up the amount you plan to spend.

Is it anonymous?

No. The card is issued only after an identity check.
